2 and a half weeks on and I still can't put much weight on the ball of my foot, which means no driving. I am commuting in to London everyday for work, with a 20 minute walk each way from Victoria station-its hard work limping everywhere and trying to keep up with the rush of people!
I went to Worthing yesterday to watch my dad windsurf and give a little help. Even walking on uneven sand hurts.
My rib is still not fixed either, so I can't think of any exercise I can do that doesn't involve your arms and chest or your foot! No running, no cycling, no sit ups, press-ups or pull-ups, no swimming... I am losing all my fitness I built up over Pozo. It sucks!
